Here I go! The bare bike, my wonderful 1979 Claude Butler Special (from FW Evans, in the Cut near Waterloo), and just updated via rebuilt wheels, a new saddle post and fresh bars, but otherwise pretty much original. The day before I fly to Orlando, and then ready to swim in the Atlantic and then 2700 miles later in the Pacific. Now about to prepare it for the flight to Orlando...........

ReplyDeleteGoogle maps is giving me many options for your journey ...but all about 36/38 hours !! When you get the chance let us know your likely route route so we can plot and follow your progress. Think I shall instigate Friday meets with the lad down the QH to discuss progress and drink your health..cheers John
